There are 3 classes of
membership:
a) Patron Membership
b) Sustaining Membership
c) Ordinary Membership
Eligibility for Membership
a) An individual or a Proprietary concern, or a partnership firm or a Company or a body corporate carrying on the business of manufacture,
Trade or commerce in Aerosol products shall be eligible to become either a Patron Member; Sustaining Member or an Ordinary Member, on the payment of such fees and annual subscription for such fees and annual subscription for each class of Members as may be fixed by the Governing Body from time to time.
b) All applications for membership by such person, firm, Joint Stock Company or other corporation or the Central or State Government desirous of becoming a member shall be submitted to the Council in writing in the form prescribed by the Governing Body. The
Governing Body may admit such applicant as member on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed by the Council from time to time.
c) The Governing Body of the Council shall from time to time fix such entrance fees, annual subscriptions or other fees, as it deems fit from each class of members of the Council.
